Atlasia delivers handcrafted Moroccan rugs and wooden objects directly from our ateliers to collectors worldwide.
1. Order Processing & Preparation
In-stock rugs and wooden objects are prepared, inspected, and packaged within 2 to 3 business days of order confirmation.
Prior to dispatch, each textile is gently hand-brushed, inspected for structural integrity, and carefully wrapped in breathable, heavy-gauge protective linen and weather-resistant outer covers to ensure pristine arrival.
2. Worldwide Courier Delivery
We partner exclusively with premier air couriers (DHL Express and FedEx Priority) to guarantee secure, door-to-door tracking for every package.
- North America (US & Canada): 4 – 6 business days
- Europe & United Kingdom: 3 – 5 business days
- Australia, New Zealand & Asia: 6 – 9 business days
- Middle East & Gulf: 4 – 7 business days
Once dispatched, you will automatically receive an email confirmation with real-time tracking milestones and direct courier delivery management options.
3. Customs, Duties & Import Tariffs
Handmade Moroccan artisan rugs and wooden craft objects frequently qualify for preferential duty rates or exemptions under international trade treaties for traditional handicrafts.
All shipments are accompanied by certified commercial invoices and certificates of Moroccan origin. Depending on local customs regulations, the recipient may be responsible for applicable local VAT or import clearance charges upon entry.
4. Return Policy & 14-Day Window
We want you to feel complete tranquility with your selection. If an in-stock piece does not harmonise with your interior space, you may request a return within 14 calendar days of confirmed courier delivery.
The item must remain in original, unaltered, and unused condition with all original studio documentation. To initiate a return, email studio@atlasiart.com with your order number.
5. Transit Insurance & Damaged Shipments
Every Atlasia parcel is fully insured during transit against total loss or courier damage.
In the unlikely event that your package arrives with visible exterior damage, please document the carton with photographs before opening and notify our studio within 48 hours so we can immediately initiate courier claim resolution.
6. Made-to-Order & Custom Loom Commissions
Custom-proportioned rugs woven specifically to client dimensions require approximately 6 to 8 weeks for hand-knotting, washing, drying, and shearing.
Because bespoke loom work involves personalized labor and dedicated materials, custom commissions are non-refundable once loom knotting has commenced. Progress photography updates are provided during the weaving process.
